I do not say that you should throw away your phone or delete your social media accounts, because I don’t think that we can fully change our habits with social technology. However, we can put it down for a while and think about what is really important.
In conclusion, I would like to highlight that we need to evaluate the role social technology plays in our lives. Is it positive, do they make you feel better, do they make you feel less stressed or do they distract from your actual reality far too much?
And last but not least let’s not forget that the best memories are made with real events and real human interaction.
