Hypothermia

Treatment
Treatment is depending on the severity of frostbite - outpatient or inpatient.
Use products that improve blood circulation, topically - aseptic bandages.
Internal heating with hypothermia of moderate severity – intravenous warm infusion of solutions.

Prevention
Seasonal clothing and footwear;
In cold weather use a face cream.
Regular intake of warm food and tea.
People working in low temperature conditions should be provided with rooms in which they can periodically warm up.
Parts of the body that should always be warm – head, neck, back, legs.
