Ku Klux Klan, often abbreviated KKK and informally known as the Klan, which is far-right organization in the United States and which have advocated extremist reactionary currents such as white supremacy, white nationalism, anti-Semitism and anti-immigration, historically expressed through terrorism (McVeigh, 2009:64). In the past century Ku Klux Klan became anti-Catholicism and anti-Communism as well (Sitkoff, 2000:109).
