Conclusion
To reduce sexual crimes new laws will not help, not even weapons at home or getting more police officers or new jail construction. The best way is to understand the real situation and deal with it. That’s why we took a look on sexual offence committing aspects and now we know better what kind of people usually commits the sexual crimes.
As we understand, sexual crime is a crime against person’s personality, against its inviolability and freedom, which is human’s behavioral type that is connected to sexual life and is prohibited by Criminal Law. We took a look on the main sexual offence interfering factors. It found out that mostly these kinds of crimes commits teenagers and young men with sexual and personal interferences. Among sexual criminals personality interference is widespread. These people knowingly try to avoid normal sexual life and knowingly are ready to replace them with perverse and/or criminal sexual acts. Taking account sexual crime psychological aspects on the paper there were described possible portraits of sexual criminals. There are two main sexual offender types – aggressive and convincing type. We carefully took a look on these and other types. The summary of that could be that offender try to fool people, the main of them is double life. Women have got the most danger because rapists often are friends, neighbors or family members. But plenty of criminals are rapists as well and while committing a crime they take an advantage and gain sexual satisfaction. We took a look on sexual offences that are included in Criminal Law Chapter XVI „Criminal Offences against Morals, and Sexual Inviolability” in whom few sections give liability for rape (section 159.), forcible sexual assault (section 160.), Sexual Connection, Pederasty and Lesbianism with a Person who has not attained the Age of Sixteen Years (section 161.) and leading to depravity (section 162.) and Encouraging to Involve in Sexual Acts (section 162.1). Although in practice there are lot of crimes that are qualified for different criminal law sections but generaly the offenders wish or desire is to satisfy their sexual needs that’s why for investigation we have to use methods for sexual crimes.

Sexual offence is still a significant problem for the whole world. It has been known since people have lived on earth. Crimes committed in act of human’s sexual behavior are called sex crimes. Sex crimes include sexual murders, forcible rape, child molestation, incest, prostitution, child pornography, exhibitionism, voyeurism, necrophilia, and sex trafficking. Sexual offences over the last 25 years have stimulated extensive reforms of laws and liability’s and made much wider range of sexual offences in most jurisdictions. These crimes historically have not been easy to arrange as other crimes. . Over the years the definition and victim of sexual crime have changed. In one person’s view something may seem as violation but in other persons view it may seem completely acceptable. Legal perceptions of rape have changed by time. Historically women have been regarded as the property of men and slaves have been used for sexual purposes. Only starting about from 1970s people started to acknowledge sexual offences. All the time before they knew about all these sexual violence’s but did not act. Now rapists are no longer excused for their actions and sexual crime victims are no longer shamed into silence. The media usually do not announce the names of rape victims to protect the victims from public embarrassment.
