Project management plan of Individual Volunteering Activities (European Solidarity Corps)

[ENG] Project management plan with tasks and roles for Individual Volunteering Projects under ESC program. Suitable for Host Organizations and Supporting (Sending) Organizations. Extremely useful if you have never managed ESC project before and don't know where to start, even if you have previous project management experience. This plan will guide you smoothly through your 1st ESC Volunteering Project. Additionally to project plan there are cited 22 necessary and useful resources and links to them (ESC guide, multiple necessary platforms for ESC projects and their user guides, tools, mentoring guides and methods, etc.). This plan was made for ESC Individual Volunteering Project with Activity/Mobility time of 12 months in 2022, but it will be suitable also for Individual Volunteering projects with shorter Mobility time and can be also adapted to Volunteering Teams projects and Solidarity Projects. Reminder: every year is published a new ESC guide, so there may be small changes to project plan. To stay updated read the newest ESC guide, check National Agency homepage or consult Agency contact person. Plan consists of: 1. PROJECT PLANNING AND PREPARATION PHASE (~3 months) (34 tasks); 2. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PHASE (aka ACTIVITY TIME, MOBILITY TIME) (12 months) (27 tasks); 3. PROJECT EVALUATION PHASE (recommended ~1month) (19 tasks).
