1. What is court?
Court is a body established, by law for the administration of justice by judges, could be a person or a group of persons with authority to hear and decide disputes by interpreting and applying rules of laws. Court is, commonly known, as a place where cases are, heard and where civil disputes or criminal cases are decided. The court may award damages or impose punishment for crimes.
2. What are the two different levels of courts?
Trial courts and appellate courts.
3. Who is a plaintiff?
The part who feels wronged. The plaintiff introduces a formal complaint, which is called a suit or a lawsuit.
