A person is surrounded by a diverse environment that affects the nature of a person. The environment is what a person creates around himself and preserves as a legacy. Man cannot survive without the environment and its constituent factors and their interaction, and vice versa. Just as man protects himself, the environment must be protected, including from man. A person's understanding of their own well-being shapes how they treat environmental rights. Considering that the environment itself cannot be protected from modern influences, then man must take care of preserving and protecting its values. The protection of environmental rights must be ensured not only for each person individually, but also for the state and the international community.Environmental law plays a critical role in governing the way we use, preserve, and interact with the natural world. Today, there are quite a lot of different international and national material and procedural norms, which both guarantee the right of individuals to live in a favorable environment, and punish violators for various violations against the environment. The author believes that a violation against the environment is also a violation against humanity in general and each person individually.…
