Current Status
For the development of Documentation Module several software developers were contacted during the tenure of the project. Based on the criteria like long-term prospects of the software developer, experience of the software developer in the related area & cost of the software development JLJ Financial & Management Consultant has been recommended for this module.
Currently, discussion with JLJ is going on regarding the degree of customisation. This module can be customised in accordance with the requirements of Agro, Steel & Textile exports.
Cost of Documentation Module
The estimated cost of developing and implementation module will range between Rs. 5,000 to Rs.15,000 depending on the degree of customisation. Earlier quotation received by the company for development of this module was Rs. 70,000. Thus there is a cost saving of Rs. 55,000.
5.35Finance Module
The Finance Module will store and manage the databases related to the general export transactions, export finance, cost of export and export earnings.
