Conclusion
There are many violent crimes in our society. The most terrible and dangerous is murder. The crime of murder is defined in any country`s legislation. Discussing different questions concerning murder above, we see that murder can be characterized as the willful killing of human being.
There are many gradations of homicide: first degree murder, second degree murder, manslaughter, justifiable homicide and excusable homicide: and each of these gradations has its own characteristic and peculiarities.
As any thing in the world murder has reason. Reasons why people kill are different, and many theories and concepts exist in criminology. The most popular concepts are: physical and psychological traits; sociocultural factors; personal relationship between murderers and victims; lifestyle.
Analyzing murder statistics, it is clear, that murderers are usually male, young people. Murder occurs more often between an offender and victim who are known to each other than it does between strangers.
