Personality traits
Personality traits are a combination of genes and upbringing, and it is said, that they have a big influence on your job. The resent researches showed that in many cases, personality, rather than education had an effect on job what people choose. Serious, emotionally stabile people often worked in offices, but people in managerial roles tended to be more open to experience but less agreeable than others in different job roles.
There are two types of jobs: full-time and part-time. A permanent full-time job has benefits (such as health insurance) and is often considered career. They usually pay more than part-time jobs, and always carry more hours per week. But part-time jobs are good for students, because they don’t have a lot of spare time and it is not necessary to have special education. For example, students can work as babysitters, waiters or ice cream sellers.
But sometimes it is necessary to have working experience, and so, some active people work as volunteers. It is a unique opportunity to build up friendships all over the world. Most volunteers are not paid wages or a salary, but are given accommodation and food, and sometimes receive an allowance.
So, I agree, that personality traits have a big influence on your job. Active people, for example, work as a volunteers or choose a part-time job, but serious, introvert people choose full-time job.…
