CONCLUSIONS
After receiving the results of the survey about picture cell phones and the most reasonable service plans, the following conclusions are drawn.
1.Most college students already own a cell phone
2.All of the respondents think it is important to have a reasonable monthly price.
3.Over half of the respondents said that having a picture phone would be nice to have, but some companies' service plans were a bit ridiculous.
4.More than half of the respondents also said that a minimum of 700 minutes would reach their talking needs since most do not have a "house line".
RECOMMENDATIONS
The following recommendations are offered in an effort to make Sprint PCS a more profitable company when it comes down to their picture phones.
1.Sprint PCS could be more aware of their competitors monthly price rate.
2.Sprint could offer a service plan that either lowers their price for 500 anytime minutes, or offer more minutes for $50 per month. That would maintain competition among the competing companies fierce.
3.Develop a new system where buying customers of Sprint's picture phone could choose to pick a different company for their service provider.
