Architecture in our lives: past, present and future.
Architecture is a blend of community's scientific and artistic potentials, reflecting its developmental stage at any given moment. Just as with the development of the civilization itself, “architectural production is always triangulated by the exigencies of time and location” (Ching et al.) i.e., habitat, climate and resources. Social and economic development lags behind in areas with equatorial climate since there is no moving force of progress if shadow is the only shelter you need and food grows on the trees throughout the year.
