Critical Thinking and Decision Making

Once we had a business plan in place, I was able to take each issue and devise a project plan. I was able to use my decision-making skills to identify problems, define the goals and make a decision. I also developed a plan for measuring the impact of the project. I had a number of software applications that needed to be implemented so I created a project plan that included a test environment with client systems and a server. I tested the product then turned it over to a few experienced users for further testing. Once the testing phases were complete, implementation began. The application was installed one department at a time in order to measure the impact of a new product on productivity. When it was determined productivity remained the same or increased we completed the full implementation of the product. By following this process I was able to work out compatibility issues and turn out a product that was usable to the department. The only thing I had left was dealing with the day-to-day user issues. …
