In conclusion, Mr. Berger's scandal is a sample of how politician's forces and influence can break the rules of ethics. By using the different business ethics theories and principles it is easy to identify what govern on this unethical incidents. Are the politicians and employees loosing virtues and/or values? Are the codes of ethics being reinforce in at the National Archive workplace regardless of the (ex) position of customers being served? Immediately Mr. Berger left the NA-short, the white house was notified of his intentions and actions, so why did the white house security personnel not take action immediately and wait six months to denounce it?
