All people do not have the same ability and in any group a few will be the leaders and have most of the bright ideas.
Leadership is both a process and property. As a process – focusing on what leaders actually do – leadership is the use of noncoercive influence to shape the group’s or organization’s goals, motivate behavior toward the achievement of those goals. As a property, leadership is the set of characteristic attributed to individuals who are perceived to be leaders.
