Organization of an Major University Event

All ESE students and staff from our campuses in Italy and abroad (New York, London, Paris and Shanghai's) were invited to this event.
At the time all the ESE campuses together were composed of around 2000 students. The ESEIC management expected an approximate number of 800 persons during the 5 day period, comprehending both the event participants and the participants of the various extra-competitive events.
As know from past experience, students abroad might find it hard to finance their travel, so it was established a full cooperation with all campus managers, in order to find out the best and most cost efficient solution for every student.
To maximise also the external visibility of the event we sent invitations to all the companies that the university is connected to.
This was, for the university and the ESEIC management surely an important factor in marketing the event for future sponsors and possible cooperate partners, as well as to show its spirit
