Over the past decades, the European Union has demonstrated increasing dedication to combating the climate change problem and developing policies to sustain the viability of Earth`s flora and fauna (Dupont, Oberthür, et al., 2020, 1095). During the continuous political conflicts of the 20th century in the world, especially on Europe`s territory, climate change policy was not considered a vital one among government and regular residents. However, in the 1990s climate change policy of the EU has become worthy of attention, as industrialization, usage of fossil fuels, deforestation, and consumerism practices started to cause serious negative impacts on the environment. Therefore, nowadays climate change policy is considered essential one, due to the reason that climate change issue threatens the entire human population, animals, marine beings, plats, etc. (Boasson, Wettestad, 2013).…
