In the later – days a great deal of girls and boys are keen on gumnastics, but I think that keen on with fight sport is better, because when people training fight sport they can defend themselves, when somebody attacks on them. I think that to defend oneself is very important, because in ourdays criminals are very much and they can attack on us in every moment.

Fight was widespread alredy in the ancient times. In the 18th century fight widespread in Europa, particulary in French. In later days are developed fight ways without weapons – boxing, judo, karate, aikido, taekvondo and another fight sport shapes. In the Olympic games sportsmen fight occur judo, taekvondo, boxing, classical wrestling, free wrestling. In all fight sports, except fencing, sportsmans divide in weight category.

Karate taken shape in the 17th century in island Okinava. Last opinion that this fight sport shape developed Chinese monks. Karate translation means “empty hand” .…
