The study also applies Erin Meyer's eight cultural dimensions from the book “The Culture Map: Breaking Through the Invisible Boundaries of Global Business” to analyze the Central African Republic`s intercultural characteristics, such as communicating, evaluating, persuading, leading, deciding, trusting, disagreeing, and scheduling.
