After the global economic meltdown, starting with bankruptcies of Freddie Mac un Fannie Mae , followed by Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch and many more, the terms BEFORE and AFTER the crisis must be applied with any money directed subject. Before everyone could desribe their dreams and now these dreams have been fogged with uncertainty. Noone knows WHEN the crisis will be over and WHEN will we restore the STATUS QUO that was BEFORE, as we might say that the world has been thrown back for several years in many fields or that it is partially paralised and frozen? But one thing is clear – this is a tremendous crisis, probably the biggest ever. We also might say the world will never be the same, but let’s not outpace the time.

Let’s take a look at Dubai’s surprising dreams – DUBAI’s (and world’s ) TALLEST BUILDINGS and other biggest projects - before the crisis and let’s wish them (and also to everybody else) luck to fulfil them AFTER the crisis is over.

ALTIUS, CITIUS, FORTIUS - this is the Olympic motto, which is Latin for "Swifter, Higher, Stronger". Actually that is what Dubai is associated with. As Dubai’s aim is to become the Middle East financial center and the most preferred tourism destination, everything they do HAS to be the best. They are building a paradise, the fastest growing metropolis in the world, with projects ”beyond reality”, the biggest and the best of everything, a trend set to continue as the developments underway continue to grow in size and scope.
