Review of Organization and Management Theories

This paper attempts to briefly demonstrate key concepts in organizational and managerial studies suggested by sociologists such as M. Weber and E. Wenger. We try to answer questions about the structure of organizations, what methods are applied in learning process, and, most importantly, how such organizations can improve their performance.
