Conclusion
The main difference between these companies is orderliness and organization. I believe that the company SIA “H&M Hennes & Mauritz” is a little more organized than the company SIA “LPP Latvia ltd”. Maybe I see these problems and things just because I work for this company (SIA “LPP Latvia ltd”). Maybe if I didn't work in any of these companies, my thoughts would be different, but since I work and know the problems and weaknesses of our company, I can't pretend not to see them. Of course, I know that SIA "H&M Hennes & Maritz" also has its problems, but I, as a normal customer, have not noticed these problems. But since I am an employee of one company, I cannot give a 100% objective opinion.

1. I would recommend the company to review the websites of all stores and improve what needs to be fixed in order to make these websites more convenient for customers to use.
2. As well as review the goods placed in the store so that all sizes of the offered models are available.

SIA “H&M Hennes & Maritz”
1. I would recommend the company to continue everything as before, but remember that there is always room to grow.
