Use of the Internet in business has greatly increased over recent years. Mostly this tendency is a result of cost reducing operations and marketing strategies. The last decade of the 20-th century was the period when the Internet commenced to accelerate its development. Therefore, new opportunities have arisen, and as a result, the IT market has become the fastest growing segment of the world’s economy. The overall changes in the world have affected the market of Latvia. As the IT market in Latvia was filled with strong but rather similar competitors in the end of the decade, only a different and innovative venture could successfully enter it. Fundamental Ltd. took an advantage of this market gap. Hence, the entrepreneur exploited the opportunity of the market in order to fulfil his idea to create a multinational, forward-looking organisation that unites people from different countries and promotes a new approach to life. In this case, the crucial part was to assemble a creative team, which at the present does its best and strongly believes in bright future prospects of the company. …
