I was most upset on receiving your letter of 15 January 2009 detailing the problem with the printer- fax machine HP LaserJet 3050.
Firstly I apologize for the problems created by our product failure.
We take grate care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed, so on this occasion we have clearly not succeeded in meeting your expectations.
On light of this, we have decided to replace the machine with a better model HP LaserJet 4000, which we hope will be acceptable to you.
