I’ve chosen the book „New Strategic Management”.It’s written by Ron Sanchez and Aime Heene.It’s published by John Wiley in 2004.
1st chapter – Organizations,Strategic Management, and Organizational Competence. In the introductory part of the chapter 1 authors gives some references about what they is trying to explain in 1st chapter.
The part 1 starts with the concept of organization. The authors gives a detailed description of organizations,ask collections of people who interact with each other in specific,usually repeated ways over some period of time.Then the authors goes on telling about atracting people to organization,that organization must bring some kind of benefits.In page 3 is shown and explained what is a system. And it’s a collection of interacting interdependent elements.…
