The main difference in group and team is that the group a collection of individuals who coordinate their individual efforts, but the team is a group of people who share a common team purpose and a number of challenging goals.
6. Is a conflict always a negative phenomenon in a team? Why?
During the exchange of views, conflicts may arise between teams as differences of opinion may arise. Conflicts are not always bad, and people often become more cohesive and show more respect for one another after conflicts.
7. When and why do team members need to be motivated?
Employee motivation is needed when there is a drop in productivity so employees can continue to work at the same returns as before. Motivation is also needed when team members start a brand new thing that has no previous knowledge. In my opinion, by motivating employees, higher managers get feedback from employees that will help future relationship.
