6. Problem solving on the telephone
C: Good morning. I’m Susan from Kipsalas swimming pool. Can I speak with Mr. Jonson?
S: Good morning Susan. You already are speaking with Jonson. It’s nice to hear you. How your business is going?
C: Ouu.. With business is all fine, but I have one problem- last week I had ordered business cards from your company, but I still don’t have them. Delivery date was already two days ago. How long does it take to make them and bring to me?!?
S: I’m sorry. I didn’t know that they still are not delivered to you. I don’t know how it could happen. I suggest doing the following- your business cards I will bring to you myself in this evening, without our transport company. Is it ok for you?
C: Thanks, it would be nice! But from now I don’t know if I will order to your company this kind of things knowing how it was this time. This time it was necessary to get cards on time.
S: One more time apologies form our side. Let do like this- for the next order form our company we will give you -40% of the order price. Hope to get your order and this time without mistakes with delivery. So back to your business cards- see you this evening and one more time sorry. Have a good day.
C: Thank you. See you later.
