The paper describes the way how nowadays huge amounts of oil are transported from exporters to importers. The purpose is clear - defining which modes of transportation are safer, cheaper and quicker for oil transactions as well as describing the flow of “black gold” both internationally and within particular nations. The problem which the authors met during investigation is also obvious – it was impossible to find an all-encompassing solution for choosing universal scheme of oil movements, that is why throughout the paper several methods are explored.

In the theoretical part, among numerous countries of oil consumptions, four are highlighted, which makes the paper more concentrated – United States and Japan as main importers as well as Middle East and Russia as main exporters of oil. …
