Start up expenses will include:
Tanning beds with all necessary equipment - 16000 Ls
Furniture, stationery, arrangement of the waiting room and tanning rooms, sanitary engineering, the elements of design and marketing expenses are planned to be – 12000 Ls
Expenses that includes rent, salaries, overheads, insurance, long term liabilities, purchase of the products and other expenses are planned to be 2500 Ls every month.
The owner has invested 10000 Ls in capital of the company, also it is planned to invest 20000 Ls as a loan from bank. The starting capital together will be 30000. The loan will be paid back from the incomes of the company in 6 years.
In case if Malibu Sun would not have so much clients as expected, the money from capital will be used to cover monthly expenses.
