2. Employee dissatisfaction with work conditions
An employee’s attitude towards salaries, work location, benefits, job responsibilities, etc. may make them to leave their current job, and look for something a little different that better meets their updated expectations.
Some economists believe that reasonable levels of frictional unemployment are a positive event for the economy. It provides businesses within an economy with a bigger selection of human capital and companies may gain access to more qualified employees. But this can also have negative side effects for people looking for a job because it might take long to find a new suitable workplace.

Conclusion
Unemployment can lead to many different things, positive and negative. Like everything in economics, it is necessary that unemployment is kept in balance. Unemployment can lower the life quality of the working class, it can also ruin businesses and a countries economic well-being.
