Limitations and recommendation for future research
As the research was based just from one captain`s point of view, and in case if there would be more than one interviewee, results may lead to different conclusion depending of the cultural differences between various captains and crewmembers with whom they work with.
Therefore it would be appropriate to do further research with different nationality captain to find out in which aspects their thoughts would converge.

Conclusion
This research shows that the precise reciprocal communication between the master and the crew to execute their daily duties plays significant role. Well maintained communication between a captain and a crew is time saving and efficiency indicator. The good communication is also very important regarding to safety issues to minimized possible incidents and accidents.
And from the master`s point of view it is easier to communicate with the same origin subordinates to clarify daily duties and responsibilities on board the vessel so the hypothesis raised can be approved. Depending of situation and circumstances it is still easier for seafarers and the captain to communicate between each other in native language.
The research consisted of review of theory, qualitative data collection method and obtained results.
