Objectives
What are your personal objectives in running the business?
In the first year I will open only a pawnshop, when we will gather necessary quantity of gold we shall open jeweler shop and jeweler workshop. I will not stop on it; I wish to form a network of pawnshop in Latvia.
How do you intend to achieve them?
I intend to employ qualified workers, to carry out extensive advertising. We shall involve clients with any discounts, with different sales. Our purpose is to involve as much as possible clients and that they became ours constant clients.
Market
Describe your market
We give the credit under pledge of gold things, which they then redeem. If gold products will not be redeeming, we sell them in our jeweler shop.
Where is your market?
The pawnshop is in city centre. There are a lot of people, shops, clubs etc.
Who are your customers?
Our clients are not rich people. It is people whom are necessary money.…
