9. Conclusion.
Problem statement: What is the most important parts of supply chain management to focus on at company ‘’MB BALTFUELS’’ to expand their market and improve the qualities requirements of production and delivery services?
• Does the lead time of delivery for production decrease the transport costs if choosing own and outbound transport?
• How the quality controlling system of production should be done between manufacturer and company MB BALTFUELS?
• Does the route planning software will be necessary to develop?
• Does the motivation system for employees effect the provided productions and service quality?
Company ‘’MB BALTFUELS’’ are in good position on the market. There is more than one position to be proved on their business to expand their market, to improve the qualities requirements of production and delivery services.
